I've known Alistair for almost 20 years.

I went into treatment (for chronic alcohol & drug addiction) in Jan '86 and lasted for three weeks until I was given a "therapeutic discharge" ! I reached my rock bottom in September of '86 and that was when I started seeing Alistair. 
 

I don't think it's any exagerration to say that he was instrumental in saving my life, along with AA. He helped me to see why I was how I was, why I felt the way I did & why I felt and acted the way I did. He helped me to gain clarity in my life, for the first time.

I've been clean & sober since Sept '86 and my life has continued to improve in every way, despite some very difficult & painful episodes along the way.

Rebekah’s style is both gentle and strong. She knows when to push and when to hold back. Her questioning and diagnostic skills are excellent and she seems to understand so much from so little information.   She challenges, supports and listens. Above all she makes you feel very normal and gives you hope when you feel really low – she even manages to make you laugh when you least expect to!

I would recommend Rebekah to anyone for any problem whether big or small – she really does make a difference.
